These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through LisaZhou_Art. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Products

Our store offers both physical and digital products.

Physical products may include stickers, stationery, art prints, calendars and other illustrated goods. As many items are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations may occur between individual products.

Digital products may include icon packs, wallpapers, digital illustrations and other downloadable files. Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be shipped.

Product images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.

2. Order Processing

Physical orders are packed and dispatched from Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, sales, product launches or other busy periods.

Digital products are generally available immediately after purchase through a digital download, downloadable PDF or an external download link provided with the order.

3. Shipping

Australian Orders

Small physical orders are sent by untracked letter mail by default, where applicable.

Estimated delivery times:

• Untracked Letter Mail: 7–30 days

• Tracked Parcel via Australia Post: 2–6 business days for most metropolitan areas

Delivery to rural and remote locations may take longer.

Australian orders over $50 AUD receive a complimentary upgrade to tracked parcel shipping.

International Orders

International shipping options vary according to destination and product size.

Estimated delivery times:

• Untracked Letter Mail: 3–10 weeks

• Tracked Parcel: 10–20 business days, where available

International delivery may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Untracked Shipping

Untracked letter mail provides an economical shipping option and does not include tracking information.

Once an untracked order has been dispatched, its location or delivery progress cannot be monitored. Delays, loss or damage may occasionally occur during postal transit.

Where available, customers who require tracking are encouraged to select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees imposed by their destination country, unless these charges have already been collected at checkout.

Customs requirements vary between countries. Any additional charges imposed upon import are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

Postal delays can occur, particularly during peak periods, customs processing or disruptions to local postal networks.

If your physical order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, please contact [email protected] with your order number so we can review the situation and assist where possible.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, materials and other product information carefully before purchasing.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

Once the issue has been reviewed, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds for change of mind are unavailable after purchasing a digital product.

If a supplied file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible, please contact us so we can assist with accessing the purchased files.

8. Digital Downloads

Digital products are provided for download or access after purchase. Depending on the product, delivery may include direct downloadable files, a PDF containing download links, or access through a third-party file hosting service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, software and operating system are suitable for the purchased files.

Due to varying screen resolutions and display settings, colours may look slightly different across devices.

9. License & Usage

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, all products, artwork and digital files purchased from LisaZhou_Art are provided for personal use only.

Physical products may be used for personal purposes such as journaling, planning, decoration and personal creative projects.

Digital products may be installed and used on the purchaser's personal devices and incorporated into personal, non-commercial projects.

The following uses are prohibited without prior written permission:

• Commercial use of the artwork or digital files

• Resale or redistribution of digital files, whether individually or as part of another collection

• Sharing, gifting or sublicensing purchased digital files

• Uploading digital files to websites, marketplaces, social media resources, file-sharing platforms or other publicly accessible services for distribution

• Reproducing physical products or artwork for resale

• Selling modified, traced, edited or derivative versions of the artwork

• Claiming any artwork or design as your own

Purchase of a product grants permission to use the product according to these terms. Copyright and ownership of the underlying artwork and designs are not transferred to the purchaser.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, graphics, product designs, photographs and other original creative content associated with LisaZhou_Art remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owner.

Unauthorised reproduction, commercial exploitation, redistribution or resale of copyrighted material is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

Some digital products may be delivered using third-party platforms or file-hosting services such as Dropbox.

We cannot guarantee the continuous availability or functionality of third-party services. If a provided download link becomes unavailable, please contact us for assistance accessing your purchased files.

12. Changes to Products and Information

We may update product descriptions, prices, availability, packaging, download methods or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will apply from the date they are published on the website and will not alter rights that have already arisen under applicable consumer law.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer guarantees, your statutory rights continue to apply regardless of the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
